Personal Information We Collect

We use the Operational Information that we collect generally to deliver our programs and services through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Operational Information to:

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party (including third parties that we are permitted to disclose an individual’s Personal Information to in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws). The collection and use of an individual’s information by such third parties may be subject to separate privacy and security policies.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

When you register, place an order or interact with the Site, we will maintain your Operational Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Deleting your information may mean you can no longer use our programs and services.
Some data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored outside of Australia and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) including with third parties. Personal information may also be transferred, processed and stored outside Australia and/or the EEA for data processing. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, processing and/or storage.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Safety & Security Of Personal Information
We will take all reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information from unauthorised access. This includes appropriately securing our physical facilities and electronic networks. Despite this each individual that provides information to the Site does so at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by law: we cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access; and we are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of another person’s use of the Personal Information.
