When does the next program start?

The next cohort starts on 1st September 2020. There are currently only 20 places remaining so please apply soon.

How much time do I need to commit?

We expect participants to spend around 1 to 2 hours of focused time each week watching the video classes. The rest is up to you and depends how much you want to get out of the program.

I have a medical condition, is that OK?

Changing your lifestyle can be one of the safest and most effective ways to improve your health. That said if you have a pre-existing condition it’s important that you talk to your doctor before making any major lifestyle changes.

Will this program work for me?

A healthy lifestyle is beneficial for everybody. If you are committed to improving your health then this program can help you make the necessary adjustments to your lifestyle. Just complete the quiz above to see if you qualify.

How much does it cost?

We request a token commitment fee of $397 from each participant. This covers coaching and course materials but more importantly ensures all participants are fully committed to the program. The evidence shows that participants get better results when they make a financial commitment.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We are able to divide the commitment fee into 3 payments of $149 (total $447). The payments are spaced over 14 days and the final payment is due in week 4 of the program.
